Processing Times

All orders are dispatched within 24–48 hours of payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or US public holidays are processed the next business day.

You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details once your order is on its way.

Where We Ship

LolMart currently ships to addresses within the contiguous United States. We do not ship to PO Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, Alaska, Hawaii, or US territories at this time.


Tracking Your Order

Once shipped, you'll get a tracking number via email. Allow 24–48 hours for tracking info to update after you receive this notification.

Lost or Delayed Packages

If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated window:

  1. Check your tracking link for updates
  2. Confirm your shipping address was entered correctly at checkout
  3. Contact us at support@lolmart.shop — we'll sort it

LolMart is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather events, or incorrect addresses provided at checkout.
